Prices/Product informationAll listed prices include 25 % Danish VAT. All prices are in Euro. Our inventory is guiding from our own warehouse and DybergLarsen cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery time and in particular when it is due to problems with sub-suppliers or force majeure.
PaymentWe accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express og Paypal.
VATCounties which are not a member of the EU do not pay Danish VAT at DybergLarsen.dk. The VAT will automatically be deducted during the process of payment when the country is chosen. In the delivery country customs will impose the VAT according to the going rate.
Goods delivered to Denmark and thereafter exported to a country who is not a member of the EU will pay Danish VAT.
ShipmentThe order will be shipped within 1-2 days after we received the payment.
Lamps will always be shipped in boxes, unless PineApple Metal and Large Ė these will be shipped on a pallet with UPS.
Posters will be shipped in tube or envelope.
Freight cost appear when you add products to your basket.
Free delivery for all purchases above Euro 68,00.
DeliveryWe make reservations for out of stock items and items in backorder at our suppliers.
The order is considered as delivered when the freight company has delivered the goods on the delivery address. At delivery itís your responsibility to check the items for any failure or missing parts and let DybergLarsen know immediately.
As a rule, we ship all goods with United Parcel Service. PineApple Large and Medium metal will be shipped on a pallet. If you accept that the package can be delivered e.g. at your doorstep, itís at your own risk. If the parcel cannot be delivered, you can pick up at a UPS warehouse near your home. All parcels will be delivered at the door. E.g. If you live in a tower block, the parcel will not be carried to your doorstep.
IMPORTANT!If the parcel has been damaged during transport, you must refuse to receive it.
If you donít refuse to receive it, you will be personally responsible for the goods.
If the parcel cannot be delivered and are returned to DybergLarsen, we will contact you in case you still want to receive the order. If we need to ship the order once again you need to pay the freight costs. We will send you the price in an email and when the payment is received by DyberLarsen we will ship the order once again.
Warranty, Returns-and cancellation policyAll products bought at DybergLarsen.dk is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act in force. Remember to keep your invoice handy if a problem should occur. The Danish Sale of Goods Act provides you 2 years of warranty on all products, valid from the date of your purchase. The 2 years of warranty does not include consumer goods, such as batteries and light bulbs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you 60 days right of return.
Please note that the product should be returned in the original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged, DybergLarsen will not issue a full refund. The packing is a part of the value of the product. Itís your responsibility to ship the product in its original packaging.
DybergLarsen will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or faulty products. Deliveries shipped as COD will not be accepted by DybergLarsen.

The parcel must be trackable to provide documentation that it was sent. This means that it is not sufficient to simply post it using a postage stamp.
Please note that the customer has to pay for return delivery costs.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) soonest possible after receipt.
ClaimIf you received a faulty item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org soonest possible. The product must be warranted as a claim and damages not caused by incorrect use. DybergLarsen cannot accept claims concerning problems or shortcomings in connection with a purchase more than two years after the date of purchase.
To ensure solving your case in the best possible way Dyberglarsen needs photos as documentation for your claim. Please attach photos when you send us an email regarding the claim. Dyberglarsen will contact you soonest possible.
