1. If you have changed you mind about you purchase and want to return the item, send us an email with the following in the subject text:
Insert the order number and the following text: I changed my mind
Within 48 hours you will then receive an email with a link for return shipping.
It costs 8 euros to return an item within the EU.
Your money will be refunded when your shipment has been registered as a return in our warehouse reception. It can take up to 5 working days before your money is refunded when the return is registered with us.

2. If you have a product claim, send us an email with the following in the subject text:
Insert the order number, item number, model name and the following text: Product claim
Please attach a photo and write a description of the issue in your e-mail so that we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
