Prices

On www.dyberglarsen.com All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. Reservations are made for price errors, sold-out and discontinued items.


Payment method

Dyberg Larsen ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay and Bank transfer. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.


Delivery


GLS - Optional package shop:

Delivery: The item is dispatched within 1-3 working days after the order has been received. We ship with GLS to parcel box or business address.

Price for delivery appears in the payment sequence. Shipping is free for all purchases over DKK 699. In the case of delivery to islands without a fixed bridge connection, delivery is only made to the port of shipment.

IMPORTANT - refuse receipt if the item is damaged during transport. If receipt is not refused or reservations are made, you are responsible for the goods yourself.


GLS - Home delivery:

Delivery: The item is dispatched within 1-3 working days after the order has been received. We ship with GLS. Shipping costs DKK 79 regardless of the size of your order. The freight is not refunded for returns. In the case of delivery to islands without a fixed bridge connection, delivery is only made to the port of shipment.

IMPORTANT - refuse receipt if the item is damaged during transport. If receipt is not refused or reservations are made, you are responsible for the goods yourself.


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Dyberg Larsen ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.


Right of withdrawal

There is a 100-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;

  • Where you receive the order.
  • Takes physical possession of the last product, in the case of an agreement for several different products, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
  • Gets the last lot, or last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
  • The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of items over a specified period.

Shipping costs for sending the item back to us are borne by you.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.

Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 100 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after receiving the return label from us via email. The notice must be given by mail at info@dyberglarsen.dk. In the message, we recommend that you clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item, it must be sent to our address, which is the following.

Return

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal and received our return label by mail.

We ask that you please wait for a response from us before sending the item back, and only use the return label we send you for the return shipment.

If you choose to use another method of return, we will not cover the costs.

You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

We recommend that you reuse the packaging in which the order was delivered in order to protect the lamp as best as possible during the return shipment.

All products must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging in which they were received. Please note that labels must not be removed. If this is not observed, we reserve the right to deduct 30% of the lamp's price from the refund.

Put the printed return label on the outside of the package, but avoid putting it directly on the product's packaging. If this is not followed, we can deduct 30% of the lamp's price from the refund.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.

If you choose to return your purchase and have received a free gift as part of our offer, the gift must also be returned as it came with your purchase. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be offset against the amount you must return.


Returns for purchases outside the EU

For purchases outside the EU, our return label does not cover the return. You yourself are responsible for finding the best solution for returns. Please note that we do not cover the costs associated with the return, unless it is a justified complaint.


Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.

Repayment

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.


Personal information (GDPR)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Information about what you have purchased

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver
the item for you.

The personal information is registered with Dyberg Larsen ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The key employees for Dyberg Larsen ApS has access to the information registered about you.

Information submitted to Dyberg Larsen ApS is in no way passed on or sold on to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As registered with Dyberg Larsen ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. If you have signed up for our newsletter, you have given your consent for us to send you relevant news, offers and information about competitions per e-mail.
