Product claim:

If you have a product claim, send us an email with the following in the subject text: 
Insert the order number, item number, model name and the following text: Product claim

Please attach a photo and write a description of the issue in your e-mail so that we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

During busy periods leading up to major events like Black Week and Christmas, longer response times may occur. We kindly ask that you wait for a response from us before returning the item, and only use the return label we provide for the return shipment.

If you choose to use a different return method, we will not cover the costs.

Note: You must return the items within 14 days of receiving the return label from us via email.

Instructions for return shipping:

 

1. Pack your order:

We recommend that you reuse the packaging the order was delivered in to best protect the lamp during return shipping.

All products must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging in which they were received. Please note that labels must not be removed. If this is not complied with, we reserve the right to deduct 30% of the price of the lamp from the refund.

If you choose to return your purchase and have received a free gift as part of our offer, the gift must also be returned as it was included as part of your purchase. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

 

2. Return label:

Please contact us via the instructions above for a link to the return label.

The return shipping costs 8€, which will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

To ensure that the product packaging remains intact, please do not attach the return label directly to the product's own packaging. Instead, the return label should be placed on the outside of a separate box that the product is placed in during the return shipment. This way we can ensure that the product arrives in good condition.

If this is not followed, we reserve the right to deduct 30% of the lamp price from the refund.

 

3. Send your parcel:

Drop off the parcel at a GLS parcel shop.

 

4. Refund:

Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
