At Dyberg Larsen ApS all prices are in euros. The prices are shown incl. VAT and taxes. Without prior consent, we reserve the right to change the prices from day to day. We make certain reservations for sold out items and price errors.
Terms of payment
Dyberg Larsen ApS receives payment with VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, bank transfer. The payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK Danish Kroner with VAT incl. We make certain reservations for errors in prices and sold out items. Furthermore, we make reservations for items that are discontinued.
Dyberg Larsen ApS strives to ship orders placed before 5 PM on the same day. If the order is placed after 5 PM it will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery: The item is shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received. We send our packages with GLS to parcel shops or business addresses.
Delivery charge is stated in the payment sequence. For all purchases over DKK 500 shipping is free of charge.
IMPORTANT - decline to accept the delivery package if the package is damaged during transport. If the package is not declined or no reservations are made you are liable for damage on the item.
For delivery to islands without direct access through bridge, the delivery is only made for the port of shipment.
There are up to two years of warranty in accordance to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to damage on materials and/or fabrication. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, have the money back or a cut in the price on the item, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damages made with incorrect handling of the product/service. You will need to make your complaint in equitable time after the error has been found on the item. Dyberg Larsen will cover the shipping cost to a fair extend.

Right of withdrawal
There are 14 days of complete right of withdrawal on items bought from the website.
The 14 days counts from the day where you:
- Receive the order
- Physically receive the last item, when you have ordered different items in the same order, and they are delivered individually or in several packages.
- Physically receive the last batch of items, or the last part of the batch, when we speak of more shippings of items in more batches/parts.
- Physically receive the first item, when we speak of a continuous delivery of items extended over a certain timeframe.
The shipping cost of the return is your own to pay.
A withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the day of using your right of withdrawal, you will have to return the order no later than 14 days after the items have been received. Please notify us on email on email@example.com. Please make it completely clear in the email that you would want to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the items, you will need to fill out the included return note and send the item/items to:
You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the order on delivery, without making it very clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Your order must be returned without unnecessary delay and within 14 days after you have used your right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for the direct expenses there are in relation to the return. You are responsible for making sure that the package is correctly and gently packed for shipping. Your order confirmation needs to be attached in the package. The processing proceeds faster if you first fill out and attach our cancellation form.
From the time you send back your item until it is received in our warehouse, the responsibility for the package is yours.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for possible damage of the product's value caused by handling that is necessary to determine the nature of the product, quality and of how it functions. In other words, you can test the product like you would test it out in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond the prior explanation, it will be deemed as used. This means that at return of the product you will only receive a partial refund of the original price or none of the amount, depending on the commercial price of the item on time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount in return, you must firstly test the product, but without taking it in to use.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded with the total amount you have paid to us.
In case of damage to the product for which you are liable, the damage will be deducted from the purchase amount.
By using the right of withdrawal all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a form of delivery other than cheapest form of standard delivery, which we offer) will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date, where we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received back the item, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
If you would like to receive a refund, please send along your bank information, your registration- and account number, for the agreed amount to be transferred to your account. This information can without any risk be send via email or via other electronic formats, as this information is not personally sensitive and will only be used for the refund of money to be transferred to your account.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

- E-mail address
- Information about what you have purchased
We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
Personal information is registered at Dyberg Larsen ApS and is stored for five years, after which the personal information is deleted.
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by you giving your expressed consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
Key employees at Dyberg Larsen ApS have access to the information registered about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted.
We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information submitted to Dyberg Larsen ApS is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
