1. If you have changed you mind about you purchase and want to return the item, send us an email with the following in the subject textI changed my mind

Returns are at your own risk and you must find a carrier who can ship to Denmark. 

However, if there is something wrong with the lamps, e.g. they are broken, we will be happy to refund.

Your money will be refunded when your shipment has been registered as a return in our warehouse reception. It can take up to 5 working days before your money is refunded when the return is registered with us.

2. If you have a product claim, send us an email with the following in the subject text: product claim


Insert the order number, item number, model name and the following text: Product claim

Please attach a photo and write a description of the issue in your e-mail so that we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
