Refund policy

Regretted purchase:

If you regret your purchase and want to return the item, send us an email with the following text in the subject field: Insertorder number and the following text:I have regretted my purchase

Within 48 hours you will receive an email with a link to return shipping.

During busy periods leading up to major events such as Black Week and Christmas, longer response times may occur.
We ask that you please wait for a response from us before sending the item back, and only use the return label we send you for the return shipment.

If you choose to use another method of return, we will not cover the costs.

Note: You must send the returned goods no later than 14 days after you have received the return label from us by mail.


It costs €7,9 to send an item back.

Your money will be refunded when the shipment is registered as a return in our warehouse reception. It can take up to 5 working days from registration as a return in our warehouse reception until your money is refunded.

Returns for purchases outside the EU

For purchases outside the EU, our return label does not cover the return. You yourself are responsible for finding the best solution for returns. Please note that we do not cover the costs associated with the return, unless it is a justified complaint.

Please attach a picture and write a description of the problem in the email so that we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

Instructions for return shipping:


  1. Pack your order:
    We recommend that you reuse the packaging in which the order was delivered in order to protect the lamp as best as possible during the return shipment.
    All products must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging in which they were received. Please note that labels must not be removed. If this is not observed, we reserve the right to deduct 30% of the lamp's price from the refund.
    If you choose to return your purchase and have received a free gift as part of our offer, the gift must also be returned as it came with your purchase. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be offset against the amount you have to return.

  2. Return label:
    Contact us via the instructions above for a return label link.
    Return shipping costs €7,9, which is deducted from the amount you get refunded.
    To ensure that the product's packaging remains intact, please refrain from placing the return label directly on the product's own packaging. Instead, the return label must be placed on the outside of a separate box in which the product is placed during the return shipment. In this way, we can ensure that the product arrives in good condition.
    If this is not followed, we reserve the right to deduct 30% of the lamp's price from the refund.

  3. Send your package:
    Hand over the parcel at a GLS parcel shop.

  4. Refund:
    Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
